Garden Road, Bromley Project
This extensive project involved constructing a brand new six-bedroom detached home from architectural drawings over the course of a year. The client wanted a spacious kitchen and a modern feel throughout, which we achieved alongside installing underfloor heating using over 2200 linear metres of pipework. We also re-engineered the loft to include two additional bedrooms and an en suite. Following completion, we returned to deliver a pool house with a gym, workshop, sauna, solarium and shower area and later completed a large gabion wall project in Chamonix, France.
Langley Park, West Wickham Project
O'Flynn Construction removed the entire rear section of this four-bedroom detached property to construct a single-storey extension extending around five metres. This created a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area, significantly improving living space for the family. We also installed underfloor heating across the entire ground floor for added comfort. The project was completed to a high standard, and the client later invited us back to redesign and fit two of the upstairs bathrooms.
Avondale, Bromley Project
This project involved a double-storey side extension alongside a single-storey rear extension to a semi-detached home. O'Flynn Construction carried out structural alterations, including steelwork, to form an open-plan kitchen diner, along with a utility room, W/C and study. Underfloor heating was installed in the kitchen area, complemented by bi-fold doors opening onto the garden.
